"Slow Passion" is a work in progress, research phase.

​Research period started in the end of 2024. Indance, I am interested in the body as a material (or archive), and I believe that the body hides within itself various contents, forms and ideas that only need to be seen or extracted, offering appropriate conditions or working methods. In this work, I am looking for materiality through  knitting. I started it for pleasure, continued with curiosity, where it would take me. Now it led me to thinking about corporeality, mortality, decay, unpick, unrip, rot, transfer. My interest is in going back, undoing, taking care, be slow also to "unknit" something. With keen passion, but  slow production.

Since 2026 I started collaboration with dance artist Agnese Bordjukova and we developing the piece together.
We took keywords from my Knitting experience: slowness, sustainability, craft, materiality, thread, resist capitalism, courage and curiosity to unravel stitches, trusting the long process;

And started working on to combine the knitting and the archiving concepts:
Threads of life experiences;
Materiality of our own body;
Movement material as a different textures;
Choreography as embedded experiences.
